Coronavirus Update From Rayburn


We want to send you an update on what we’re doing at Rayburn Trading to keep you supplied with all our products.

These are unprecedented times and demand for our products is at an all time high. We are continuing to  supply our products to retailers. Like most businesses, we are dealing with the logistical challenges around social distancing and absence from those members of staff needing to self isolate. As a result our lead times may be a little longer than normal. Although we are doing our best to minimise the number of deliveries that are sent with some lines ‘shorted’, we occasionally have to implement some sort of rationing. Demand seems to be levelling off to some extent as the UK lockdown is taking effect so we expect the situation to improve.
Although we pride ourselves on our personal approach to business relationships, we would politely ask that you minimise the amount of ‘chasing’ that you do of your Account Manager or contacts at Head Office. The production and logistics teams are EXCEPTIONALLY busy and every delivery update requests distracts them from their primary tasks, potentially extending delivery times for ALL customers.
